Some coffees demand your attention. Brazil Santos earns your loyalty. Smooth, nutty, naturally sweet, and low in acidity — this is the coffee that works beautifully in every brew method, suits every palate, and delivers a consistently excellent cup without asking anything of you. It's the one most people come back to after exploring more exotic origins. And for good reason.
Why We Carry This
Brazil is the world's largest coffee producer, but scale doesn't mean ordinary. Our Brazil Santos comes from the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais — a high plateau with rich soil, consistent rainfall, and a dry season that concentrates natural sweetness in the cherry. Naturally processed and medium roasted, this is Brazilian specialty coffee at its most expressive: warm, smooth, and deeply satisfying. Roasted fresh in Temecula, California — in most cases the same day it ships.
Flavor Profile
- Hazelnut and almond — warm, nutty notes that define the cup
- Milk chocolate — smooth and rich, a natural complement to the nuttiness
- Natural caramel sweetness — gentle and persistent throughout
- Very low acidity — one of the smoothest, most stomach-friendly coffees we carry
- Medium-full body — substantial and satisfying
- Clean, sweet finish — no bitterness, no harshness
The Process
Naturally processed — the whole cherry is dried in the sun with the fruit intact for 3–6 weeks. The fruit ferments around the bean, and the sugars infuse into it, producing the characteristic nutty sweetness, smooth body, and low acidity that Brazilian coffee is known for worldwide.
